Jean y Edward Roper han estado casados 75 largos años. Ahora tienen los dos 90 años, pero su amor entre ellos es más fuerte que nunca.
Es cierto que cuando ya se llega a una edad el cuerpo comienza a no responder bien. El cuerpo de Jean comenzó a sufrir de insuficiencia renal. Cuando fue a ver al doctor este le comunico que solo le quedaban tres semanas de vida.
Jean tenía un último deseo. Quería ver a su nieto que iba a nacer muy pronto.

Se sintió inmediatamente más fuerte. Nueve semanas después del diagnóstico del médico, su marido y ella celebraron su 75 aniversario de casados. ¡El milagro era un hecho – Jean seguía todavía con vida!

La familia no sabe cuanto tiempo vivirá Jean pero disfrutar todavía del tiempo con ella, significa muchísimo. Y para Kayla la ceremonia de los 75 años de casada le sirvió para decidir finalmente hacerse fotógrafa.
